Tribeca Care is one of the leading Elder Care companies in Eastern India. Its customers are seniors who live alone in Kolkata and need help, because their children are either abroad or live in other parts of India.
The company started operations in 2013 and quickly developed a reputation for offering specialised home health services and personalised care and attention for senior citizens of all ages. This relieved the stress of children who were worrying about ageing parents whom they could not look after themselves.
For the younger age band, Tribeca Care offers packages which focus more on sudden medical emergencies and hospitalisation while at the upper age limit, there is round-the-clock home care and household management services, post-hospitalisation services, ICU set-up at home and full nursing care.
Specialisation and customisation have been the hallmarks of Tribeca, setting it apart from other such companies in the senior care space. There is more, Tribeca also lays emphasis on engagement and social activities for seniors through travel and curated events as a way to delay mental and physical deterioration.

Meet the Founders of Tribeca Care
The Founders of Tribeca Care are three young professionals with banking, marketing and management expertise who felt the need to address the lacuna in the Elder Care space in their home town of Kolkata. The problem was that they could not look after their own ageing parents, because they lived far away from them. The solution was to find reliable eldercare services, which did not exist. So, Tribeca Care was born!!

Sometimes, there are moments of tragedy, over which no one has any control. When Ratnaboli Mitra’s brother Gautam Dey came from Dubai to visit his mother Mrs Shibani Dey, who has been our Member for many years – his sudden passing away was devastating for the family. Our Care Manager Debjyoti stood by their side like a rock and never faltered.
Even in her grief, Ratnaboli is able to talk about Debjyoti’s presence in their lives through those sad days. She gratefully acknowledges, “he handled everything.”
